Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- 3+ years of experience as a professional automotive technician
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing European vehicles (Jaguar, Landrover, Mercedese, Bmw, Audi, etc.)
- Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week
- Follow repair procedures and document everything
- Must have own tools
- Must have transportation
- Positive attitude
- Ability to drive stick
- At least a basic knowledge of electrical diagnostics
- Ability to maintain a safe work area
- Able to be a part of a team
